I’ve been a couple of times to Paris, France. Each time, I always head to Saint Michel. It’s a pedestrian area filled with restaurants, bars/coffee shops and souvenirs boutiques. This area if full of “greek” fast food restaurants in addition to the traditional ones. They mainly serve “gyros”. It’s basically a big chunk of meat rotating on a vertical grill. The meat is sliced as you order your sandwich. Add fries or some veggies and voila, a delicious meal better and maybe healthier than McDonald’s. Take your sandwich, head to the Seine river and enjoy your gyros while watching the bateaux-mouches going back and forth.
