Most memorable wasn’t exactly food, but was a drink that can be had on the street or any little restaurant in Turkey (mine was in Istanbul). It was a simple glass of pomegranate juice…but so different from what is being passed off as pj in North America. The glass I had in Istanbul was thick with pulp and thus more nutritious than POMWonderful. This was a truly wonderful cooling liquid!
My favorite restaurant for sushi is Haru Sushi!
